We offer economy and express services. Generally, the standard/economy postage is £4.99 and is 3-5 working days. Express options will be displayed in checkout.

We know paying postage sucks, so if you want to avoid you, you are more than welcome to collect from our warehouse in Redditch.

Because free postage doesn't really exist. When you see "Free Delivery", all you are really seeing is "Built In Delivery" - until Royal Mail or whoever else work for free, the cost is in the price.

We decided to separate the cost, so you see a more realistic and transparent view. If you order more than one, or collect, or use one of our shipping saving options, you'll save a lot more.

This varies by what you've ordered and where you are, but most items will be delivered by Parcelink, Yodel or DX. We use ParcelForce/TNT for European deliveries.

For standard delivery to UK Mainland you can expect to receive delivery within 3-5 working days from the day of dispatch.

For next day delivery, provided your order is placed before 1pm (Mon-Fri) we are usually able to guarantee it will be despatched the same day (unless it is a custom fit product) and delivery the next working day.

If your order is placed over the weekend or on a bank holiday, it will be despatched on the next working day.

For European orders, you should expect a 4-8 working day delay. Bigger cities tend to be more towards the 4 working day estimate.

Some deals are for items that require factory assembly to order. i.e Forgan golf clubs. On such deals there will be a erlay in despatch which will be advised both on the deal information page and within the deal alert email. In such instance the technicians usually require an additional 2-3 working days. On finishing the making of these items they will then be despacthed via the delivery method chose at checkout.

Absolutely, Fore24.co.uk seeks to comply with all current legislation in relation to your Rights as a consumer including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations. 

Product(s) purchased at Fore24.co.uk may be returned to Our warehouse within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that it is returned brand new, unused and in sufficient/original packaging, in order to claim a full refund, replacement or exchange. Read here for full details of our returns process 

Yes, you can. Please note that as with returns for refunds, you are responsible for the postage costs back to us. We'll cover the additional postage cost sending back out to you.

Unless otherwise stated on the Product Description page, all Our new Product(s) come with a 12 month warranty.

What does the warranty cover?

Our warranties provide full cover against mechanical breakdown through normal use. This means that if your item develops a fault during the warranty period, We'll arrange for it to be repaired free of charge, including all parts and labour. Your warranty is NOT transferable with ownership, so if you give or sell the item to someone during the warranty period, it will not be covered. See here for more warranty details.

Fore24 is a daily deal site. Each deal starts at midday (UK time) and lasts for 24 hours.

Once a daily deal ends at midday, it will revert back to its normal price. Subject to stock availability you may still be able to purchase the item at this higher price, which is many cases will still be a significant saving over the RRP.  We do occasionally run Bonus Deals alongside the daily deal and these are usually available for longer periods of time.
